Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order via email or WhatsApp, along with clear images.

Conditions:

Product must be unused, and returned in its original packaging with tags and invoice.

Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days.

Returns are not accepted for damages caused by shipping companies, customs clearance delays, or natural calamities.

We do not accept returns for:

Customised jewellery/watches

Products purchased under special discounts, clearance sales, or limited-time offers.

Replacement & Repair:

We do not offer refunds for return-eligible products.

Instead, we provide a free replacement or repair of the same item, subject to availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a credit note valid for future purchases.
